Bank sync breaks constantly
Bank sync works maybe 3 days a week. The other days it just says 'connection error' with no explanation. Reconciliation is impossible.

Reconciliation is a nightmare
The reconciliation feature doesn't match transactions properly. We spend more time fixing matches than we would doing it manually.
