★★★☆☆

Free tier is useless

The free tier is basically a spreadsheet with extra steps. No automation, no scanning, no integration.

★★☆☆☆

No real features

We upgraded to the paid plan hoping for more features. All we got was the ability to add more items. Still no automation.

★★★☆☆

Upgraded and still bad

No variance reporting at all. You can track inventory but there's no comparison to sales data.

☆☆☆☆

Inventory tracking is manual

Recipe costing doesn't account for real-world pour sizes or waste. The numbers are meaningless.

★★★☆☆

No variance reports

No POS integration on any plan. Everything is manual entry. In 2026, that's unacceptable.

Support ignored us

There's no mobile app. You have to do inventory counts on a laptop, walking around the bar. Ridiculous.

We switched to The Neat Profit

Support is email-only and takes a week to respond with a useless answer.

Recipe costing is a joke

We switched to The Neat Profit and cut our inventory time from 4 hours to 45 minutes. Wish we'd done it sooner.

No POS integration

No distributor integration. Ordering is completely manual outside the system.

Reporting doesn't exist

The interface looks like it was built in 2015. Slow, clunky, and confusing.
